The first pass applied terminal decoration to everything, which read as
costume rather than design. Strip it back to a few deliberate cues and
let an animated backdrop carry the character instead:
- Drop the prefix glyphs from links, tags, nav items, badges and
headings, and restore plain section names in place of snake_case.
- Keep one prompt in the hero, the ~/ on the wordmark, ISO dates and
status dots; everything else is ordinary type.
- Restore depth: acrylic surfaces over soft radial light, 6px radii,
and an accent glow on the primary action and status dots.
- Draw a dithered ASCII field behind the page. A fixed per-cell dither
value decides which cells are lit so coverage stays even, while slow
interfering waves move brightness through it. It idles when the tab
is hidden and stays still under prefers-reduced-motion.
- Remove the nested panel boxes on the projects page and size the entry
page to its article column.

Replace the glassy hero treatment with a terminal and TUI vocabulary
while keeping the layout minimal:
- Switch the type stack to JetBrains Mono and flatten every surface:
hairline borders, square corners, no blur or glow, and a faint
graph-paper grid in place of the radial gradients.
- Rebuild the home hero as a terminal window whose output is typed in
on load; the old mouse-parallax glow script becomes that typing
sequence, and it no-ops under prefers-reduced-motion.
- Give the projects, about, and entry panels title bars, and render
cards with a metadata strip, status dot, ISO date, and prompt-style
links.
- Hide the inline nav behind the hamburger on narrow screens; the old
rule was outranked by the #menu id selector and never applied.
- Add an SVG favicon, which also clears the only 404 on the site.

Add the git-fleet project to the content index as the first featured
project, bumping the remaining project orders, and register its entry
page in the sitemap.

Feature ReforgerMods.net as the top project: rewrite the summary for
the 100K+ daily request figure, add API key auth, Stripe tiers, and
Cloudflare Workers/R2 to the detail page, and regenerate the index.
