Weather-Program, Capstone

To Use: Download the zip file of this repository. Unzip the file. Download or open Visual Studio Code. Open the Weather-program file in the start menu once VsCode launches. Go to extensions and download Live Server and run it, on the bottom right Go Live will appear and press that to fully run the program. If it appears white on the chrome tab it opens make sure in VsCode you are on the HTML folder before you run.
